Which countries do you deliver to?

We currently only ship and sell within Europe. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The delivery time of your order depends on whether you need to provide your foot data or whether it is already recorded in our customer profiles. If it is not recorded, you will receive our SNEAKPRINT KIT, which allows you to create your footprints in approximately 5 minutes. Shipping of the kit takes approximately 2–3 business days, but may vary depending on your location. After we receive the kit back and digitize the prints, we begin production of your sneakers. The entire sneaker production process takes between 3–5 weeks.

Can I return the sneaker?

All of our products are custom-made for you, so we generally don't accept returns. However, we are a customer-focused brand and want you to be satisfied with our shoes. If something doesn't meet your needs or expectations, please let us know, and we'll find a mutually satisfactory solution. If your sneakers aren't damaged and no solution satisfies you, we are willing to take them back and refund the purchase price, minus shipping costs.
